At Uche Evaris Oil and Gas Global Ltd, the management team meets bi-monthly to exchange ideas and discuss strategies for the company’s continued growth. The company comprises several sectors, including Transportation, Bakeries, Fast Foods, and Petrol Stations, each represented at these meetings by their top management staff. 

For the month of August, the management meeting took place on Sunday, August 11th, 2024. As usual, the meeting commenced with the standard procedures but was soon interrupted by the much-anticipated arrival of our Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Santus Anyanwu. His words of encouragement and admonitions were profoundly impactful, touching even the hardest of hearts.

Fr. Santus emphasized the importance of integrity and hard work, delivering a message that resonated deeply with everyone present. His teachings were not only inspiring but also uplifting, leaving a lasting impression on the entire team. Towards the end of his session, he led prayers for the company, its staff, and our director, asking for protection and blessings as we approach the Ember months.

Leadership is crucial to the success of any organization, and we at Uche Evaris are fortunate to have Comrade Okafor Uche Everistus as our CEO. He is not only a capable leader but also a man with a heart of gold. His thoughtfulness and care for his staff are evident in all his actions. During the meeting, the director generously distributed provisions to all the management staff, including a carton of Super Pack noodles, 700g of Ovaltine, 800g of Peak Milk, 800g of Viva detergent, a carton of Kemps crackers, and a packet of soap.

The management team was deeply appreciative of the director’s generosity, showering him with heartfelt prayers, which we believe reached the heavens. The meeting concluded with additional refreshments, leaving everyone in high spirits as they look forward to continuing their work towards the company’s success.
