“God Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want”
On Sunday, 6th September 2026, Uche Evaris held her General Prayer, bringing staff together in an atmosphere of worship, thanksgiving, reflection and prayer.
The prayer was centered on the theme “God Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want,” reminding everyone of God’s guidance, protection, provision and unfailing presence in our lives and work.
The prayer session was led by the Company’s Spiritual Director, Mr. Titus Egbosionu, who encouraged staff to put their trust in God and remain steadfast in faith, especially during challenging times.
The session also featured beautiful worship songs led by Mrs. Chinelo Egbosionu, creating an atmosphere of praise and heartfelt worship.
Scriptures including Luke 1:35, Psalm 91, Exodus 14:12–16, and Psalm 27 were reflected upon during the prayer. The passages reminded staff of God’s power, protection, courage and ability to make a way even when situations seem difficult.
Staff members also had the opportunity to share testimonies and express gratitude for God’s faithfulness. Various prayer intentions were equally made, covering the company, management, staff, families, businesses and other personal needs.
The General Prayer was a meaningful time of coming together as one family, seeking God’s direction and committing the affairs of Uche Evaris into His hands.
As we continue to move forward, we hold firmly to the words of the Psalmist:
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
At Uche Evaris, we remain committed to our belief that God is with us in all that we do.
